We all lose something at some point in our lives. It could be a loved one, a job, a status, or even one’s health. That is why it is so important to understand the feeling of loss and learn how to manage it. During the workshop, we learned that we each have our own coping mechanisms, and that we need to explore and make use of our internal resources in order to overcome the difficult stages in our lives.
