As part of the “Plants in the service of health” program, we are introducing

A new project: “Natural Medicine – Adrian’s Friend”

The project consists of creating a website that can be accessed through a subdomain associated to aspla.ro :

hematologia-naturista.aspla.ro.

Information on the website will be addressed to patients suffering from hematological conditions and their families, as well as the general public interested in learning about leading a healthy lifestyle from experts in the field.
The project will include:
1. Online articles on the following topics:

• Healthy lifestyle choices
• Dietary recommendations for each blood and bone marrow disorder
• Recommended plant remedies, and how to prepare and administer them for each type of blood and marrow disorder
• Myths and inaccurate information circulating on the internet
• Adequate diet and hygiene during chemotherapy
• Recommended plant remedies, specific diet and hygiene rules for other conditions that may accompany the main hematologic disorder
• The adverse effects of steroid use
• Physical activity and an active lifestyle for the hematological patient
• Possible factors that can predispose or aggravate blood and bone marrow disorders

  2. A monthly newsletter sent via e-mail to registered users
  3. Other alternative therapies and solutions presented by expert practitioners
  4. Weekly video-conferences where patients can communicate live with members of the project and their guests
  5. Free online naturopathic advice for ASPLA patients
