Adrian’s Friends Association organized the first edition of the PsyHem Conference on 19.03.2016, which comprised two sections:

• “Change and Adaptation” (seminar held by psychologist Dana Enache)
• “Healthy or ill?” – About roles, labels and ourselves (seminar held by psychologist Andrei Ludosan)

The second edition of the PsyHem Conference focused on exploring our internal resources and teaching us how to use them to their full potential.  The conference comprised two sections:

• “Resources versus Limits” (Seminar held by psychologist Dana Enache)
• “Emotions. Between repression, expression and balance” (Seminar held by psychologist Andrei M. Ludosan)
